Roy F. Baumeister presents an interesting and balanced look at the differences between momen and women. By pointing out and examining important truths, that while ought be self-evident are, often overlooked by groups that would divide the genders, Baumeister exposes a fourth way of comparing us. There is a difference between the same and equal; equality and equity; ability and motivation; social depth and breadth; statistical average and distribution.
